Dr Wayne Wilks

“Dr Wayne Wilks is the Executive Pastor of Church & Jewish Relations at Gateway Centre for Israel. Nearly 40 Years ago, Dr Wayne dedicated his life to God to serve Jewish people. Throughout the years, Dr Wayne has founded the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute in Ukraine and in 2014 joined the Gateway Pastoral team. Dr Wayne's teachings aim to equip believers with the biblical importance of Israel in relation to the united Church of Jesus. Dr Wayne and his wife Bonnie have a married daughter and three grandchildren who live in Dallas Texas USA. God is continuing to use Dr Wayne in a mighty way imparting biblical truths and raising up the next generation of Leaders who carry the vision and heart to serve the Jewish people and the body of Christ. Pastor Nic Lesmeister

“Pastor Nic Lesmeister, an American pastor and Director of the Gateway Center for Israel, found his calling to serve the Jewish community in 2011 during a trip to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. After exiting a successful career in finance, he moved to Israel and earned a Master's Degree in Non profit Management and Leadership from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2015. In 2019, he spearheaded the launch of the Gateway Center for Israel at Gateway Church, where he now serves. 

Pastor Nic and his wife, Tabatha, along with their three children, reside in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. He also shared insights on the Modern-Day Missionaries podcast, where he discussed three common thought patterns that can subtly influence our lives and missions, and how to overcome these challenges.”

 

Pastor Reuven Doron

“A native Israeli Ex-Military disciple of Jesus the Messiah, Reuven Doron has been serving the Lord and His people as a pastor, teacher and a marketplace professional for over four decades. Following a dramatic New-Birth experience in 1978 in the USA, Reuven was called to serve at the forefront of the emerging Messianic community in Israel, helping rebuild the foundations of a national faith movement which laid dormant for 2,000 years. Together with his wife, Mary Lou, Pastor Reuven ministered and taught internationally on the vision of the ONE NEW MAN (Eph. 2:14-15), calling Jew and Gentile to serve side-by-side in One Body by One Spirit. Pastor Reuven authored the ground breaking book "One New Man" and collaborated with international ministries and Christian pilgrim groups, designing and hosting faith journeys to Israel that highlight its rich Hebraic roots. As the Director of Sar-El Academy, he worked on international faith-based media projects. Currently, he leads "Return Israel," a global initiative calling God's elect from all nations into a living and effective relationship with Israel. Pastor Reuven & Mary Lou serve at Christ Church in Jerusalem, and live with their children and grandchildren outside of the City of Jerusalem in Israel.”
